Creditreform Rating (CRA) upgrades Crédit Agricole S.A.'s (Group) Long-Term Issuer Rating to A+. The rating outlook is stable.
CRA upgrades Crédit Agricole S.A.'s preferred senior unsecured debt to A+, non-preferred senior unsecured debt to A, Tier 2 Capital to BBB and AT1 Capital to BBB-.
CRA sets the Long-Term Issuer Rating of the Group's subsidiary Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank to A+, which reflects Crédit Agricole S.A.'s (Group) Long-Term Issuer Rating, in line with our methodology. The ratings of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank's preferred senior unsecured debt is set at A+, non-preferred senior unsecured debt at A, Tier 2 Capital at BBB and AT1 Capital at BBB-.
