14.10.2019Creditreform rating set the initial unsolicited corporate issuer Rating of Aeroporti di Roma S.p.A. to BBB. The rating supplement Watch NEW is added. The Group operates two Roman airports on the basis of a long-term concession. The Group´s strong financial profile, long remaining life of its concession and high degree of regulated revenues have a positive effect on the rating. Due to the Group connection to the Atlantia Group (BBB / Watch NEW) the rating is constrained at BBB and the Watch NEW is transferred due to the current situation at Atlantia´s subsidiary Autostrade per l´Italia S.p.A. where uncertainties have arisen from the bridge collapse in Genoa in 2018.
