In addition, Creditreform has set the ratings of the bank capital and debt classes Additional Tier 1, Tier 2 and Preferred Senior Unsecured to not rated (n.r.). The ratings were withdrawn following the merger of Banca IMI S.p.A. into its parent company Intesa Sanpaolo S.p.A (Group).
